Lavishmint Catering & Events was born from my passion, my purpose, and my perseverance.

I am Shanericka Dillard, the woman who has walked through life’s challenges, pushed through doors that weren’t always open, and learned to build my own table — one filled with flavor, excellence, and love.

My journey into catering didn’t come easy. I faced obstacles, setbacks, moments of doubt, and seasons where I had to start over more than once. But every challenge sharpened my skills, deepened my creativity, and strengthened my desire to serve people through food. Cooking became my outlet, my safe place, and the one language where I could express my story without saying a word.

Every dish I prepare carries a piece of my heart.
